- You will learn how your unconscious feelings are displayed in the face and why facial muscles become stiff and the face freezes into a permanent expression.
- At the end of the party, you will be able to focus on specific zones, releasing tension by easy-to-do moves and stimulate your facial points to work deeper on your feelings.
- You will be able to relax your face by massage, breathing and meditation.

“Katerina came to our local craft club to deliver a facial yoga workshop to a group of ladies. After explaining some scientific stuff about the skin in an easy to understand way, she went in to explain how looking after your skin takes many forms. We were also told that it’s not just what you use on your skin, but how you use it and the importance of a regular skin care routine.
Then we started the facial yoga. What fun we had! Working with us we followed her clear instructions, having giggles along the way as some of the techniques involve pulling some funny expressions and faces…of course, to encourage us all to join in and not be shy, Katerina joined in too. During the evening we had chance to ask questions about our individual problems. I had a great evening, learnt a lot and left feeling uplifted. I also left with the knowledge that it’s ok to have wrinkles as they show the world who we are and how we feel.”
